The emergency center at UM Shore Regional Health at Cambridge provides 24/7 care for severe, life- and limb-threatening conditions. The entrance is accessible from the main drive on the right side of the hospital. We see patients of all ages. Pediatric patients needing a higher level of care may be transferred to another facility. For patients who are experiencing a mental health crisis or who have been sexually assaulted, we can provide evaluations and referrals in addition to medical and psychiatric care.
